Brick & Spoon
Brick & Spoon opened a new location on Magazine Street, New Orleans and wanted their vary original concept to fit in with the existing charm of the big easy’s biggest art and design area.
They wanted their new location to be their new “model” franchise, meaning, something more upscale and inventive. They had been experiencing a long run of success so they were in optimal conditions to expand their franchise. For many consecutive years, they have been getting coverage from national publications such as “Travel + Leisure”, naming them one of the “best brunch restaurants in America” and with good reason — their brunch is an upscale southern collection of the old and new favorites in a cool, casual ambiance. Their Bloody Mary has also been a consistent fan favorite, with fans calling it “best meal in a glass”.
To spread the word and build a hype for their opening, we developed their ad campaign with striking traditional media, as well as social media and interactive campaigns. Our creative team worked on redesigning their existing menus to fit their still “high-quality, casual southern dining” appeal and make them a memorable part of the dining experience.
The verdict? Delicious! The design exhibited a clean, modern, black and white design that brought the new location’s concept as well as the Brick & Spoon brand the diversity and adaptability they were looking for.
